Favourite Green Day album

Had a few argunments recently with friends and we were discussing this topic. I am a big GreenDay fan and love most of there music. I personally think the Warning album is the best atm, but I am looking forward to there new release which they are currently recording.

You like Greenday? They've become 'sellouts' since they released 'American Idiot' - Everyone knows who they are, and what's everyones favourite song? Guess... American Idiot!


Fine, I can't say that they shouldn't of released the album - it made them money.

I liked green day before the american idiot release, and if you are acusing me of liking them because of this release, you should perhaps have read that i said i like the warning album the best atm... and my favourite song isnt american idiot @ u OD

I would probably aim my music at middle class, whining scaters too if i was in thier place, doesnt mean i have to like the music though. Dookie was ok, rubbish afterwards.

Yeah, I've always liked them. Was a toss-up between Warning and Dookie, but went for the old favourite in the end

I wouldn't say that Green Day are sellouts - American Idiot has a much stronger political message than some of their earlier material - a lot of this was picked up by the media, and showcased.

So many bands are accused of selling out no matter what they do if they go from having a small underground audience to a wider more mainstream audience, regardless of how the message or the music has changed or not.
