I KNOW for a fact I have asked this before (last year sometime), but I have searched for the thread an cant find it, so I'll ask again, concisely.

Ok- had to reformat/reinstall this week (and buy a new CD rom drive to do it!) but I am now back - sortof.
I original had win 95a but own thing led to another and I got a newer version of it from work.

so, new version number is:
4.00.950 C

Does it do FAT 32?
if so, can I just convert it in Partition Magic? or does windows need to know about it?
or is there a patch to download to have it working?

thankyou.

I believe that version C is version 2.5 or 2.1 which can quite happily read FAT32 drives, as can B.

Anyways, even if it cant, all you need to do is boot from the Partition Magic Disks, convert the drive to FAT32 and reboot. If it doesnt work, then use the disks to put it back to FAT. If it does, then you can increase the partition size above 2Gb (best to test it works before doing that :) ).
