Personally I thought Pitch Black was a great film. Chronicles tried to cram too much story into one film but was still a decent film in its genre.

Riddick is just such a great character, a badass anti hero.

Loved Pitch Black, and Riddick was alright although they tried to get too much in to such a short space as Hawkwind said.

The fact that Vin Diesel had to come back to this product shows he's struggling for good jobs because sadly he can't really act either (despite the fact I liked the films mentioned above).

The old gang is back, wonderful film to be sure, if you like fast cars, loose plots, almost bar dropping acting, corny one liners and things going boom and wroom with titties and booties shaking.

One quick ass cameo doesn't make a role imo. Rake in some cash for a few secs work to enhance the film and everyone other than the punter is happy.

Who gives a f*ck if it was a role or not, i said he came back. As in, "oh look, the white bearded gay wizard is back". Nobody went asking about the legality of the role or the actors merits in previous broadway shows.

I hate people who bring some form of stupid politics into entertainment like "But he did it for the money".

Fast and the Furious can be shite to you, fine, but for THOSE WHO LIKE THEM which was abundantly clear from the topic alone, will most likely love the old crew back.
