Farming in hib

Hello..

I tried to search the forum 4 awnsers but i culdent find any, doesent mean there arent any tho.

But as being new to hibernia and in need of cash i were wondering where to farm, if i got my hands on a 50 chanter, from experience it would be best if the mobs conned blue or i tend to die fast :] (no bufbot, 50mana spec)

Ofc it would be DF but as it is, u tend to get zerged by 2fg NP 5mins after u loose DF (and not much u can do against those guys) :] ( tho im sure u mids got it the same way, i dont know about albs cuz u never really got DF anyway :] )

I farmed the lepras with my ment alot at least, pretty nice pop, donno how it work as chanter tho, most of em are yellow to 50, some orange

What about those grannies in CF? I seem to remember killing them once and they dropped nice bags of gold shiney things. I really don't remeber tho, was only once.

or get some 40ish bard+druid to help you for free PL and u keep the loot, and u can kill fins or something

If your 50 mana spec you have acess to the last focus shield, with the help of a lvl 40+ bard/druid (for pet heals) you can happily pull about 5 orange/red mobs at once and just cast the shield on your pet and watch the mobs drop. I always used to go to the striker/warshade camp in EZ with a bard/druid who needed exp. As long as they know that drops are yours and they are there for exp, you could get lucky and get a couple of warshadow bracers or glimmer strike rings, these are easy to sell and most ppl pay between 400g-1000g for them.

Then i suck i guess.. havent played more than a few hours yet so havent had much time to learn it.

As for lvling, you spend ages on lvling to 50 (Atleast i do unless i spent 4+hours lvling a day) and ill get the hang of it a little faster when i start farming 4 cash. Then again it is a game, you culd try to cheer up and stop trying to bring evry1 down to the same mood(prolly spelled wrong) as you.

So i should just use the focus shield?, the way i do it now is to get em down to about 60-50% hp with focus shield and then i start spamming pbae.

Surely you could solo orange+ easy with your SB ?

Have you never read the whines about Enchanters being overpowered ?

As a mana chanter I got jumped by a purple Ban and still took it down, that aint a brag its just knowing how to use the class in PvE (sure i may suck at mage in RvR ) and showing how *un-risky* taking oranges con is.

Hell you could just use companion to pull as you heat debuff and baseline nuke almost any orange/red con you choose...

i must say as a lvl40+ druid i refuse to leave all the drops to a lvl50

if i wasn't there buffing/healing their pet im sure they couldn't be there pulling and killing in the same phase.. so we both contribue to the hunt.

if i have to go afk or something i always do /autosplit s since then i only leech.

I've spent days at the spot i mentioned solo pullin orange and red strikers/warshades so it can be done solo, a bard/druid just lets you be able to kill 5 at once. But the thread was about farming gold, which is how i replied. Of course if i was there with a druid/bard and got a drop that the 40+ could use i would give it to them, but imo all the other drops should go to the lvl 50 for /salvage (as he is there specifically for gold). It's not like you wouldnt be gettin pretty uber experience, 2 people killin reds will pretty much cap the lvl 40+ and droppin 5-6 mobs at a time is dam nice.
