Goodbye hibbies.
This is probably the first that a lot of you will hear about me leaving, and will miss the goodbyes ... apologies.
Some of you rocked ... to those I /salute
A lot of you sucked ... to those I ..|.
It just wasn't working for me any more. I met a lot of people throughout my travels, and it seems that a lot of peeps forgot about the point of the game ... to have fun. People became so obsessed with watching that little bar of blue pixels in the bottom right corner of the screen, that it didn't seem to matter who got screwed over in the process of obtaining it.
There are of course people who were god's gift to MMORPGs (and this is where I make a few of them blush ).
Aeiedel, Flix, Anneli - great people, never any bs - you have my deepest respect.
Oggy - you've got an endless patience and are a great guy... even if you did make the mistake of chosing a firby.
Tylar - rofl - this is my first MMORPG... I just hope any others I rope play in, make me laugh half as much as this one.
Mythic and GOA - for one hell of a game! I challenge anyone who played in beta to deny that. (It was people that destroyed the spirit once it went retail, not anything mythic or goa did).
There are lots of other people that probably should be mentioned above. You know who you are and I hope you'll join me in PvP, if GOA ever move their collective asses on that one!
So... where am I off to now then eh?

No I don't think it'll be any different to hib... there will still be great people, and there will still be asses. With little under a month left on my subscription, I have no plans as yet to renew it, unless there's some movement on the PvP front. I just want to pay a visit to the other 2/3 of the game. Well that's a lie... 1/3 - I tried midgard for a day - it sucked . Is it just me or did Mythic steal the grey / brown palette out of the ever so dull Quake series (haha! flame on!), and make a realm out of it!?
Who knows... maybe I'll even get high enough to zerg a few of you from the far side of the alb mile gate, before I quit!
I leave with a few good memories at least
Regards,
