Well iam off to gameshrine where there are still some active tribes players.

It'sa shame as i have been a user of barry,s for a long time now but this town is going like a ghost town (to quote the specials)

I think Barry you have seriously got the bussnes model wrong !
But hey! you have had my cash and so far i aint had one decent game since paying for the prvilege.

Yes iam disgruntled and i dont think the attitude of wait and see is gona werk your service is going down the pan my freind and no one seams to give a damn.

Fair enough.

We'll see you back here in 12 months time when companies that run servers for free no longer have any money and can't support them anymore.

Barrys cant do nothing with the T2 servers until sierra fix the patch.

I moved to the Battle Field servers, there are a few regular players. Join us mz, its fun

Paying isnt the problem, i paid up straight away and if you check my posts i have done my best to rally people to support you.

I really believe we will all have to pay aventually ! what i am saying is i dont think you guys are going about it the right way.

Ok you have a wedge of cash @ the moment but you have no customers, what will your parent company do when they see no revenue and zero usage statistics.

you cant sell advertising without hits, you used to be my start page but not anymore....iam not slaging you but concerned that an old freind is in a terminal state, and like the pig said your attitude aint gona help.

If this is so good !put up your hit statistics for the last 6 months ..there's a challenge

Just how many players have signed up for BW P2P?

Game should start giving away free trial accounts @ Bw when you buy an online type game! Would be a good way to get people going, but once they hooked they will keep paying?

One last thing, cant BW run at least 1 T2 server with the new patch? I know you would have to downgrade the server, but not all your servers are dual amd are they?

Good news

Found this today 04/11/02 on games shrine thought id share it with you, its from mr tribes @ sierra.

"I'm compiling 25034 as I type this. It will have to go thru our internal QA, and my best estimate (do note the word estimate) is that it will go live on the 12th or the 19th (as we like to release patches on Tuesdays).

It has the fix to both the stuttering server problem, and to replay gravity settings, as well as a ton of fixes for TR2 and Classic."
