Shrouded Isles CD KEY with less than 35 characters:
We installed a new filter allowing players with 34 or 35 characters to be able to activate their SI account even if their CD KEY is incomplete.
update.dat file
If for a reason or another your client has been patched with a version different of Shrouded Isles 1.57, please do the following:
- Open your update.dat file which can be found in your Shrouded Isles directory (for SI players) or Camelot directory (for classical client users). You can open this file using the windows notepad.
- Make sure that the lines in this update.dat are as follow:
Currently, the xml extraction process is not activated on the servers. We therefore deactivated all the chronicles functions.
Accessibility:
Due to a very high number of players trying to connect on their "account", "subscription" or on Righnow, our customer support tool, you may encounter some difficulties when connecting to these parts of our website.
These problems will slowly disappear as more players activate their accounts and enter the game.
In order to speed up the process, we advise players not to contact the customer service for now.
