1:you can do 5pt OC with 99% gems
2:why u want quik? not saying its crap but all zerkers seem to want frontload dmg
3:with all those items you must be able to cap all
4:if you cant cap all try using MP boots/gloves, theyr real cheap

What some people dont realise is that Zerkers are still better than merc's and BM's, alb melee groups do just fine with 4 mercs, we should be able to cope with our "gimped" zerkers :p

2 small points

Only reason albsgroups with 4 merc did good was cause they had 3 Str relics or have you seen them since midgard took the relics ??


And even if (and thats a BIG if ) Zerkers are still better then Merc's and BM's , competing against Savages for spots in RvR groups is gonna be kinda hard . :wall:

thar's the main reason why i'm rolling a savage.well had him for ages but getting him to 50 now :p
atm savages are allready better then zerkers except that zerks have better frontload dmg,when we lose that i doubt i'll get a group when ppl can chose a savage.
allready have alot more problem to get groups :(

btw, i think i posted a 99% full suit (db/ha) with everything capped but qui (zero)

easy to get items, just look in the other posts..

1. I want quick high because I don't want to be a considered a FOTM "OMFG look at my uber dmg" zerker. That's why I rolled one even due to the upcoming fix. Zerk is supposed to be a light tank, so I decided to make a fast hitter. A Zercenary if you will ;). I'm a 50 sword/50 LA zerker and I'm going to have a DSS and a WBA (3.2 spd I think, and 2.9 spd), the only 16.5 dps 1h sword there is and the fastest 16.5 dps axe there is.

2. I have several characters to try and get that ring for meh ;)

3. Thanks for the tip about 5 point, don't know why that didn't occur to me (I allready knew you could OC 5 points and all).

4. "All those items" aren't all equiped. That's everything I"m going to have, but, for example, the 2hander, isn't equipped, that's just going to be something I have.

well u wont have that problem next patch since u wont be a fotm nor an uber dmg dealer :)

Zerks with high quick wont actually notice a massive drop in damage, my cap is about 489, 30% of 489 is a LOT less than 30% of say 600/700 which is that of trolls, so high quick zerks will rule over low quick zerks next patch :)

All zerkers should be getting +Qui these days.

The only reason anyone ever went low quick was because of the high proportion of style damage to base damage on the left axe styles - the exact thing that is getting nerfed. With zerkers doing less style damage there will be less front-loading and more need to improve damage over time (and avoid pbt), which is what +qui will give.

The only reason to keep low qui will be to avoid the depression that comes from seeing one hit damage going down even further. Low Qui was all about the numbers on one hit.

If you go to the merc or BM boards and tell them they would be better off without any form of haste then they would laugh in your face - the new zerkers will be closer to mercs/BMs than they are to the zerks of old.

chain armour is something you have
evade 3 is something that might happen

post 1.62 the savage is a much better overall choice with tank ra's, better defence, same armour and selfbuffs, for which you only lose the possibility to have huge crits and PF

We are in 1.60 atm :p

And GOA are patching straight to 1.62 next
