Nothing new there, always been like that. What I mean is... If Jaond gets PA'd usually for the damage that DS does, he's usually getting PA'd by
a) unbuffed people
b) people with low CS
c) PA effectiveness has been reduced as a side-effect of some other change
d) DS got boosted for infs too
