Nice. I like mine though. ;)

Its looking seriously BMX-like. How much is it going to weigh? I assume a lot less than my jump bike.

I haven't had it up on the scales yet, but it's kinda heavy. I think it's pushing 18kg/~36lbs right now and I still have to fit the saddle, saddleclamp, bar and rear disk caliper. oh, and I want other grips too. and hookworms :)

Will's the lad with the armor plate ;) I need shin guards, elbow guards and a decent helmet. the XC stuff I've done before only warranted light gloves and a race helemt.

Heh, I've not got any pics with my armour on...it does look very silly, though I'd be dead if I hadn't been wearing it when I went downhilling.

You need baggy jeans, elbow guards, shin pads, and a skate-style helmet...a Giro Semi-MX is quite good if you can get it. And remember, the armour goes under the clothes. You look more 'core that way.

I actually rode it yesterday! just to see if it wouldn't instantly fall to bits mind...not having a saddle on it is a slight hazard :)

it's heavy as fook....at least 5kg more than the XC bike oO

You see, I did think of that joke, but Trem is obviously way braver than me to a) post a pic of the wife sleeping and b) refer to her as a bike.

Bollocks removed at dawn for you Trem boy! ;)

Here's my bike

I wanna get one but none of that full suspension crap. And I don't want grip shift gears. Cycling is easier than walking. I might engoy taking the dog out more :p
What are good internet shops to look at? I'm not an enthusiast so I don't need special crazy bikes made of the same metal you can find on the moon.

£399 Inbred. No suspension, but if its just for around town, you don't need it.

You can get bikes cheaper, but this is a good frame, with good bits on it. Normally it retails for £699.
