Hi mate..is ranger PF speed shout was bugged or smt cus it didn't work in combat?

well, i hit something, ran away for 10s or something , w/o hits, and kept bashing button, wasnt working.

dunno wtf is going on tbh.

problly a "fix" by mythic lol.

happened twice now, never used to be like this, could use it when ever.
