I just had a fight with you now near Beno with my Necromancer - why didn't you tell the rest of your group to back off on our 1v1?

You would have been happy to collect the RPs off me if you'd won fair and square, but because I was handing you your arse the rest of your group (which stood and watched) had to interfere.

I haven't got a problem with getting killed, but the rest of your group getting involved (healing you, mezzing my Abom) really pissed me off.

Either fight me solo or don't - but grow some balls next time.

oh ye i disbanded from that grp and wanted to suicide on beno but saw u first and i didnt even hit you like for a mintute but you toke so long to kill me i left and ran to beno front doors were i killed 2 albs and then got guard zerged

Because you and Blizzard weren't fully buffed when we fought? Everyone goes buffed to RVR if they have any sense, and as you were buffed yourself then you've got no room whatsoever to critise me for doing so.

I get pwned stupid by casters, so you want me to suck against melee too? Get a clue VF - I expected this sort of response from other fucktards here, but not you.

The only reason you lived so long was because you got healed by the Bard and my pet got mezzed, you were after 30% after less then 15 secs so don't come on here portraying yourself as hard because I spanked you badly and you know it.

I do, and have always been an RVR Necro. The problem is that Necros suck completely in RVR unbuffed, which is why it's taken me over a year to get to RR3.

I started using a BB during the last 2 days and the difference is astounding, I can easily pwn all melee classes 1v1 and 2v1. I haven't had a 3v1 yet that didn't involve a caster so I don't know if I could manage that.

I have struggled in RVR for so long, and now I can perform well against one sort of Class apparently I am doing something wrong according to some people.

Well, whatever.

Casters still own me, but now it takes 6 hits to die instead of 2, so it's all relative TBH.

I am enjoying it far more now I can actually kill stuff occassionally, and can't really believe people begrudge me the 10-15K per day I've made during the last 2 days?!

This entire adding / no adding / respecting 1v1 / respecting 8v8 thing has gone WAAAAY out of hands in my opinion. Especially in crowded areas like docks and in zerg-ish RvR situations like we´ve got them at the moment. For fucks sake... if you´re having a 1v1 fight, enjoy it. If you´re getting adds... LIVE WITH IT. It happens to all of us, get over it. Creating and nurturing the phantom of a adding policy is partially responsible for so much confusion, so many whine threads and such an enormous hype, it´s unbelievable.
A couple days ago, I accidentally added on a 1v1 of a realmmate. It was an honest mistake by my side (because I never intentionally add and always respect fair fights... people who know me will agree), caused from lag/weird display on my screen... basically I got the final blow and killed his enemy. I apologized not once, but TWICE.... and still just received a /rude and a "ffs". That´s the current attitude of RvR on Excal.

Dude, take a couple of deep breaths and chill.

I can't imagine playing a necro in rvr, the pet would be so damn annoying.
The thing is tho vs melee, if you have a summoning suit and full enchance cleric buffs you should really expect a win (which you VERY nearly had several times I might add). I remember seeing a necro kill 5 stealthers a hero and a bm at HMG odins in OF, not even a warlock could do that (unless they where all nicely stacked for pb).

Anyway good luck with the rvr on the necro, although you might find things a little less frustrating if you try another class.
