You seem to be the guy that knows everything about this

I want to know if a taunt style gives you less chance to evade and a detaunt more chance? Do they have influance on eachother or doesn't it make any difference?

Defensive penalties/bonuses only affect the hit/miss ratio on you, they have no influence on your evade/parry/block rate.
If you have a bad/medium defense ( low evade, parry or block) and while soloing on yellows you use a defensive penalty style, you'll get hit more.
While using a style with defence bonuses will make you get hit less.

same effect in rvr. your opponent will just miss more instead of hit.

means you take less damage, might live longer, and get another evade chance anyway.

weigh up whether the smaller amount of damage they do to you is worth the smaller amount of damage you do to them for those detaunts.
