Just did some simple tests, did a few PA's on a lvl 50 hero in crafted scale:

42+12 cs 3.3 spd = ~300 dmg pa

42+15 cs 3.5 spd = ~390 dmg pa

So all NS cap your CS and keep it high, it really matters LOADS apparently, will do some more tests (with logs etc) soon.

each point highes in cs is 9point higher cap, so 27points dmg more, then 63dmg from .2*16.5 dps? oO

It's *shock* going to be a 3.9 speed piercer
