Radar stands for radio detection and ranging, so yes Watt used Hertz' technology, so in a strange way you're right

having said that, sonar was invented by a guy called Lewis Nixon , in 1906 according to my sources
made to detect icebergs (yeh... titanic ftw... go figure)
but got really interesting in ww1 where Paul Langévin invented active sonar in order to be able to detect german subs (didnt even know they had those in ww1 )

Acctually I was laughing when group ran off, it looked so silly. Coming all that way up and wtfpwn a soloing little luri and take off without even an emote. Its a game not a job.
