FAO Kemor - Shadows/Water

Dear Kemor,
Read the current Friday news and seeing no information with regards to the user.dat not saving shadow & water settings.

Spoke to your goodself on Thursday morning and although this is not considered your main area of focus when will this be addressed? Without ramping down the 'fluff' it currently makes my RvR game unplayable and anything to reduce the fps lag helps.

I have deleted said user.dat file hoping the newly spawned file would solve the problem, it did not. I reinstalled Daoc & SI and it still hasn't fixed the problem, any suggestions?

Thank you very much for your message. My name is not Kemor and I apologise for reading it in the first place, but then you did post it in a public forum.

May I suggest you send an email to GOA via Rigthnow so Kemor can either forward it to the relevant person or deal with it directly instead of having to come here, copy-paste or whatever and then try and integrating into their bug-processing system.

I am sure that if they ask for us all to follow that procedure, it's because they feel they would work better if we all did.

Dear Trigali,

I am fully aware of the procedure for bug reporting, posting here was a last resort as other avenues have been explored. I made it public because it might be an issue with fellow game players and they might want to have some feedback or even offer a solution.
