Consider the role play part of this game.
This is a WAR, all is allowed within the games rules.

A stealther hitting a caster from behind is not "nice"... but allowed.
Zerging is not "nice".... but allowed
Beeing quadded by a savage is not "nice".... but allowed
Beeing grappled by a battlemaster is not "nice".... but allowed
Volleying is not "nice"..... but allowed
Having a RR10+ fg killing newbies in not "nice"..... but allowed.

And yes, ambushing with shrooms is not "nice" but this is one of the tactics a an animist can use. And is allowed.

Each one of the not-nice things I have mentioned have a counter measure, a winning counter-tactic.

So go find a counter measure, kill them, and stop whine here....
