They do NOT affect thanes, skalds or healers either.

They affect CLOTH-casters, ie. runies, SMs and BDs.

i read some where on VN boards or some where american, that they (ie americans) had tested it with thane dd's and it did incrase the dmg, since their dd dmg is piety based. i really have no idea if its accurate though....

That is just yankee-BS. Check PIE stat on thane before and after buff with acu. A: No stat increase = no damage increase what so ever.

How about mentioning the AF buff as well? If you are wearing epic armor and are under rr5 then its a wasted buff as well....dont waste conc points on casting it unless the receipient is rr5+ or under level 50.

So let me get this straight...an AF buff works on an epic wearing 50 who is sub rr5? I thought it didnt make a difference to AF at all because the epic suits max that stat...an you have to wait till rr5 for the change to your max AF.

AF cap from items is diff from your overall AF cap.

Buffs, Procs, chants all stack above your ITEM cap just never get displayed beyond the item cap, aka display bug as has been mentioned TWICE!

I thought AF buff works on a lvl 50 Warrior because they have higher cap AF than other classes. Is this wrong?
