I have had a few problems with my account being "infiltrated" by someone, but luckily spotted it early enough to change the sub pass etc and keep everything that was on my account. I told GOA, who then closed the account temporarily for investigation.

It's been re-opened and the "hacker's" account has been terminated. I'm working a lot at the moment so I'm still inactive but I thought I'd say hello

Eggy, has the GOA policy on subscription passwords changed then?

I recall I tried to change my sub password about a year ago, and couldn't do it. I sent a mail to GOA who informed me that they would never change a sub password under any circumstances.

How did you go about doing it?

Just request new passwords. They change even your subs one now.
