we just attempted eriny's charm on hib/pryd, got the charms to samut and it didn't port, if any gm is reading this atm maybe you would like to fix it for us thx.

I'd propose using RightNow for issues that involve preferred immediate action. Or contacting an e&e that can then extend the issue to a GM.

there's a channel on quakenet, #e&e where many of them are idling.

Also, there's a post on pryd.net with some names if you want to reach them ingame: E&E names thread

FreddysHouse is not a good place to ask for the GMs generally. Sure they're around sometimes, but it may not be as often as we hope (I've no idea really)

FreddysHouse isn't a reliable way to contact a GM in a hurry. E&Es or RightNow are your best bet. I only check here when I don't have anything else to do or when it's quiet. RightNow gets checked every couple of minutes so urgent problems are picked up fast, also E&Es can get hold of us pretty much constantly.

no e&e was availiable at the time we did this, a rightnow report was sent detailing the time we attempted the encounter and who to contact ingame shortly after it bugged, yet to my knowledge no response was given for atleast 2 hours by which time we had already collected the charms and completed it successfully. This was just a last resort and i'm just glad it was not an encounter that takes a lot of time to complete that bugged
