Fan recommendation

Anyone know a quiet yet good fan for cooling a AMD TB 1.4GHz ?

im using a ThermoEngine V60-4225 which is a delta fan and it couldnt get any noisier :/

at idle my comp is about 41-45 degrees, full load 50 ish . However im using a room fan which is doing the trick and keeping it 35-39 idle, 41 full load. but im looking for a fan that will be alot quieter that this but just as good/better

any ideas?

Even if its just for fun, do a google search on "Zen Cooler" for the ultimate TB cooler. Real quite too.

BTWE anyone know where to get one in the UK?
