nope it's real, has been aired 3 times now.
he's even been in the news, and in the land's famous late-night talkshow


but before you call him a fool, they said he was 15 years old, and in the last class of our highest difficulty (in other words, he's 3 years ahead of the rest the country's 15 year olds)
He wore the clothes to draw attention, and he surely succeeded, he got more attention than those who got through to the final round

But then again, it might be some excuse to make himself feel better because he made a complete and utter shithead about himself
