can any1 point me to a site or tell me here, what will raise my faction with Arwanites and Ellyll ppl ?
a site with factions for all 3 realms would be uber nice

You just need to hug them and give them a good smacker on the face. Then it should even turn friendly for you. But I think you will have to do it a lot of times.

not sure here but isn't the opposite faction to the arawnites, the isolationists? That's absolutely nothing more than a vague memory i have...
Let me know if you DO find a webby with faction lists on it...

Opposite faction of Ellyllon (ellylls) is Gwalmachai.

No clue on Arawnites, doubt it's Isolationists as I believe thier opposite is the Mountain Boogies.

i will be trying this out with my bard so i can get faction right for my ranger - cya in snowdonia "sets of to park ranger at his favorite spot"
