i thought since the patch , that the Standing with Ogre's would always be agressive - i aint tested this yet though

Orcs.
But as above, it doesn't work anymore for the ogres of krondon itself, only for ogres in general.
I think you can also kill Lammia - but you probably don't need the lammia pissed at you, or you'll really start to annoy people you raid with.
