/face thingy.. buggy?

I was doing a bit of campint outside the middy late last night, and trhis orange con ranger kept hitting me... I targeted him automatically, but when doing a /face i didnt turn, It was my understanding that if any1 is in range to attack you you can /face...

Am i wrong?

I did get that orange ranger in the end with the hlp of my insta stun ..

Any Ideas/Thoughts?

If there out of range No face

Go try on a friend,guard,npc etc and u will get the distance face works

Not sure.

Seemed to work for me.

I tested it abit last night when a grey hippie was either missing/hitting for 20(ish)hp/getting blocked by my sheild when attempting to hit me with their bow.

I faced away and deselected target.

They fired at me, target came up. I /face and turned to face them.

They were out of range for my smite as well.

Wouldn't really want to test it with an orange though but that's a bit impossible cause there aren't any

Hmmm maybe I'll have to test it again moving further away.

The one I was testing it with was standing next u on a Keep wall
cause I was trying to smite u at the time when they targeted me

Thats cause he was hitting u when he was out of normal attack range )))))))))

how can u love a bug? well... ;>

hibs or albs got a bugged bow too, they target something, then they move behind wall/tree/whatever and shoot, no problem..
Give us patch ;>

lol,

i find that with rangers... any bow using class... u dont need to use /face... just look in the direction that the arrow is sticking out of you!

and since those arrows move at like 5mph its quite easy to see em coming!
