There is a little box to the left when you make a post. It has all the magic smilies like Mr.Clappy.

Is this a joke?

When you are posting there is a column on the left hand side of the page. This shows 15 of the 52 smilies available; click [get more] to see the rest of them. Then all you have to do is click one of the smilies and it will copy them into the post.

Think you need to have them enabled in options

otherwise a certain number of posts is required
