Exping in alb

Just few simple questions as I had in mind to come play a bit in alb after 9months or so :

1. People still xp in groups of 43+ in Avalon City?
2. What times best to go and try search for group there?

early in the morning 1 group, around noon 3 groups? 3pm 6 groups? dinner time - evening too crowded !!!!!
