Right now i'm watching 3 different types of sugar dissolve in water. I have to write my observations every 20 minutes.

I've been doing this for 54 minutes 37 seconds now. And nothing has happened

the white sugar has started to dissolving...very slowly

Eventually it starts dissolving and then the second you turn your back, WHOOMPH! Solidifies.
