You don't need to re-install dude.
Look on goa webpage - it explains that if you have anything other than 1.57, then you should check your update.dat file...
Don't have the settings, as I am at work...

lol have just got in from work and now i have patch 1.60 wtf is going on lmao

in your update.dat there is a line that makes you connect to the USupdate server.
