excalibur upgrade

this email i sent goa while sxcal was down :
well,first question is ofc when Excalibur is upp again??i really need to get back on..
second one is WHY does Excalibut get updated last of all,Excalibur is in the most need of upgrading off ALL servers.
third is CAN'T u pls install the same cheat/radar detection tool as mythic,we dont want cheaters here but nothing will happen if u don't do it!!
fourth is why don't get qualified enough staff to handle crashes/bugs/patches/detection tools ??it may be costly but IT IS worth it...
imo u should get excal up fast,restore relics to what they were before (hib 3 power relics/alb 3 str relics) else u will loose ALOT of customers...

The server Excalibur should have been upgraded ealier, but due to unforseen issues with the new hardware, we had to postpone the maintenance for a bit. You will be able to find more information about this on our website (http://www.camelot-europe.com)

second: we were told that Excal was being upgraded, and we were told that they had problems with the hardware. (yes, it's taking far too long to get it sorted out).
third: they have the same tools and use them. you don't hear about people being banned largely because GOA would be sued if they released information.
fourth: okay, they certainly need more, better-trained staff. they are getting them, but should have had them much sooner.
