I would never buy a account myself , imho it would be like killing the fun of the game, but some people aint got enough time to play a character to the higher levels, but still want to be able to compete with the 'big boys'.

Think about it, 104 £ for someone with a fairly nice salary isn't shit.

And once we get bored of our characters, its great to have that extra option to be able to get a few dimes out of the char we put down so much time into, altho the cash we'd get is crap if you compare the amount of hours we've put into it.

Im all for selling characters.

Im totally against selling items tho. In-game balance must be maintained. They used to sell tons of nice items over ebay in Anarchy Online, and the ebay-sellers camped the unique mobs spawns like there was no tomorrow ;(
