Excal/pryd can u change realms?

If im alb on excal but mid on pryd and I would like to change form mid/pry to hib/pry is this possible or will I be forced to play Alb/Pry?

Once you delete your mid characters you will be forced to play Alb, thats the life of a cluster server - sorry to say.
