Events?

Have we had any events on excalibur.. seems like they hava had 2 only in hib/pryd at this date..

I was in one with my friends, about a month ago in yggdra zombie camp, it was really fun.. posting screenies, too tired to write now :sleeping:

Drank some coffee.. the idea was that we had to kiss that frog, which actually was lord`s messenger. the evil elf mages had turned him to frog and we had to kiss him(urrghh) to turn him to human again

Then he gave us a note which we had to take to the lord of the keep(the one that is behind the lake at yggdra, cant remember its name). well, it wasnt that easy, we were of course attacked by those evil casters(well, the other one was healer) and their frog army(dont ask please). after we killed them and took back the note we went in the keep, gave note to lords assistant and received 10 gold from the lord. it`s not much but that was funniest 20 minutes in daoc yet

well i quess i could have told that more epic way but im still too tired

BTW many days ago on the road towards innis a mob called Blue Blic poped infront of we and attacked me (beat it down to a bloody pulp)
The mob looked like a Firbolg with a blue scale outfit. Never seen it since and I didnt get any cool loot or anything.

Anyone else seen this?

Seen it a couple of times, its a rare spawn and wanders around close to the connla tower.

It conned yellow to me at the time I think (was around lvl 30 somewhere). I actually thought it was a player until I saw "its agressive to you" I was camping for Nasco to spawn and I thought this guy was doing the same so I was gonna invite him

Strange tho that he didnt drop any cool stuff.

I've met the blue bilk two times hanging around Connla's Well. He drops just dropped ordinary loot both times like a sack of blue dyes. Have picture here: http://userportal.iha.dk/~00814/picture5.htm

Maybe he/it is bugged or something or supposed to be a OTD someday.. who knows..

In response to this, another weird event:

Just S of Mag Mell there are some water beetles, now past the mudman go stand on the shore and press F8 like a madman, sooner or later you're bound to be able to target "Clik".

What did I do? Conned blue to me, so I attacked it, it came at me, saying four words:
Clik Clik Clik Clik.

I killed it, got some low level items, and thats it.

Clik is a quest mob and you get a shield (Clik's Chitin off him) so it is not an event
