Event NPC or just a random person?

I was in Emain / Breifine just now and I noticed an NPC - now I'm not sure if they're always there. I can't remember the name - Kall I think she was. Looked a bit like a paladin ghost. Conned purple and neutral.

I would have tried to talk to her was it not for the Wraith Drakes and bloodletters about.. ooh.. 3 paces away from her. (Purple and very much agro)

Can anyone confirm if she's a known NPC?

Loc approx 45k 28k in Breifine, at the stone circle SW of Dun Crimthain.

Not sure if anyone else has spotted this, shrug if they have.

That's strange cos there is a ghost in Albion called Kall too..guess these event teams ain't too good at thinking up names
