most of the time the teams are uneven, in number or in skills, or both. can automatic team selection be activated, so the teams are even in numbers?

yes you can

set the dm_flags to activate force join

type in console set_dmflags
this will bring up the list of option

then type set_dmflags ? this will turn on the number you choose

to un set type unset_dmflags ? this will turn off that number
