The patch can be grabbed from the GAME.NET FTP service using the link below.
EVE Online v1058 -> 1077 Patch

If you have a problem installing the patch (ie. it asks for the games directory over and over) then try this:
1) Find the path to your eve directory (e.g. C:\games\eve\)
2) switch the \ to /, so it becomes C:/games/eve/
3) run the patch with "/path=C:/Games/EVE/", e.g
Start -> Run ->
C:\evepatch1058-1077.exe /path=C:/Games/EVE/
