European herald/equivalents

Just a quick question.

Anyone know if there is or will be any equivalent to www.camelotherald.com for european servers?
it would have been pretty nice to browse guilds/players on the web now and then.

Now that the servers have 1.48 up and running, GOA is allegedly working as we speak to bring all that online, including the XML files. RSN.
