yeah in pve the keeps basically have levels to them so the closer ones are easy to retake and give a token for about 1000 rps or somthing, the harder ones give you tokens for 5000 rps (dont know the complete mechanics) but basically taking a keep is like trying to take on the relic keeps so basically you can earn a lot of rps for realm abilitys by doing a lot of pve

although i suspect that it would eventualyl get a bit boring and also suspect that 90% of realm abilitys or artifacts and mls are totally useless against pve type mobs.
