Hib amulet as no pow charge aswell afaik

Midgard necklace has instead of 10% spirit 10% cold ressists .. imo more important ... GIMP YOUR SPIRIT RESSISTS !!

Beaded resisting stones (mid), 10% spirit ---> cold

in terms of easy to get

What part is the hard part? The arti has a very useful /use yet you keep recommending a regular quest item without any such kind, cause it has other resists? Wait...youre nut just recommending youre calling everyone around you noobs....:worthy:

the best necklace is Midgard's Beaded Resist Stones but the easiest to get is Padrian Necklace
