200 gold for MP small shield
500 gold for MP large shield
not sure on SCing as I did it myself, probably about 600 gold
the alchemy, was the default cost price for a full set of ablatives and 2 DD procs on the weapons 2.5 plat?

i made enough cash while PLing in barrows and whitelights to pay for the armour, the SC i paid for using Tilda and the Alc i was a little pushed for cash

Greed has nothing to do with it, the average cost price of a full set of MP chain is around the 20p region. If you get lucky and don't need many remakes on any pieces, good for you, but the majority of people still have to pay a lot more than 8.4p

i was very lucky.
luckly, i spend my downtime during my PLing PMing crafters to ask if they had any MP chain for sale, imo its often cheaper if they have it in stock than if there making it for you. as you are able to wait if the'r price is a bit high.
Having said that I got my chest piece crafted, but then a day later someone PM'ed me and offered me one for 1 plat less :doh:

Dunno about the whip but I have got the Essence Shifted Flail. It dropped on my very first Sidi raid

Same stats and has a fiery glow similar to that on the Fiery Pious Bludgeoner.

Only crap thing about it is that it reports as:

'You hit xxxx with your mace'
