This is the error message that disabled my +hook and stopped me sending messages while playing LMCTF
I killed this error by removing Quick weapon alias from my mousewheel, played LMCTF last night and all seemed OK.
So if the server side hasn't changed (RATBOT DETECT ?) then this may be the cure.
