Anyone noticed how the lag "Fix" this morning has just created more lag?

I was having next to none b4 the hot fix now I'm spikeing all over the place and just gone LD again.

Is it just me or are you all hopeing they don't <cough>fix<cough> the lag again?

I never went ld b4 the so called fix, now tonite i have gone ld 4 times in the last hour, it was ok the first time but 4 times is just silly especially after they just "fixed" it

I got a couple of lag spikes last night but on the whole it was a lot better.

I too am getting BIG lag spikes since the patch and I know lots of people ingame have been saying the same thing.

Please remember that we cannot patch away internet lag. The fixes were some configurations in our end to fix a specific part of the issues, that obviously could be manipulated. This does not remove all lag, but for the people who were affected by this, it should be a great help.

it must be some router then, cause i doubt all the ppl that have lag with me have the same ISP as me. Great you guys try to get the lag as much as possible, really. But i am having the same lag spikes that i do not remember before, at least not this often.

Likewise. I had a LD MAYBE once a week usualy in RvR Yesterday I had 6 with a lag spike once or twice every hour. I've never had that b4 (sept after a patch when there was a known problem).

So for your info gathering SOME people are getting more lag spikes after your fix. It's not my connection causing the spikes nor "Internet lag" and can show you a tracert of it if you like.

Several people in our guild were having spikes at the same time. 56k cable and A/DSL. from the UK and mainland europe. It's not an ISP problem.

I'm in Canada, and have been having bad lag spikes at exactly the same time as others in my guild ... and they are in the UK or Scandinavia.

Ummm .. so can someone explain how it could be my ISP acting up?
