Erm...I payed, Daoc didnt register it?

so what happened... i resubscribed, entered mastercard number etc.. all went normal... installed daoc, entered correct cd key.. patched.

Sorry about my bad attitude heh, i was just confused and maybe a bit furious that i lost the money, but i bet its only a traffic on the net :O

I checked my bank account, and yes, there was payment 10euros.
So what is the problem? is there hole in the security payment system? or something...

was this after your free months trial had ended or was it straight out of the box??

what happened after you "entered correct cd key.. patched. "
did it just say you do not have a vailid account


probably your best bet is to try rightnow if you have the passwords if you do not try subscriptions@goa.com or something like that

Well...

This was after my first payment subscription.
free trial, 1 month payment, and now this...

And I checked the credit card situation and seems like the 10 euro's are in "line", so they havent accepted it yet... I wonder what seesm to be the problem.

And I have correct cd-key, and I patched the game succesfully.
And I'm using my old registered account, just trying to re-scribe it ..

and i have all passwords&users, and wrote the mail too. I'm just waiting the reply from them, hopefully goa can help

and thanks for replying, good to know there's ppl who try to help desperate players like me

Account Terminated?

I have like many of you resubscribed. When i log in the game or rather try to i get at the login Account Terminated

Well...after deciding to resubscribe to DAoC I found this same problem with the payment pages, I am unsure whether the money has been taken out of my bank account or not but I know my account is still inactive. I have e-mailed DAoC, no reply yet but I have noticed the website has an error on the ''Account'' page..

I just hope its sorted soon, I'm so very bored...

Just one thing i wonder about right now..In case they do have withdrawed the money..are they going to give us who tried to resub the month weactualy payd for or..are they gonna say they have not registrated any transaction and we have to sub again. i tried to click that secure payment 4 times. and got 4 succesfull ..now i just wonder if they gonna take 40 euro or what the heck its called from my back account.

Well as fare as i know there has been those payment problems since 22 of july and thats almost a month..so for now it seems like they don't do work at all. I do hope i'm wrong here.

Oh dear... if that is true what you said . then this is bad thing.
Guess they don't want our money anymore.. or then its just not GOA, its something else.

Well they seem to be working on it now...i checked the site i few hours ago in school and they said it was temp unavailable and there was no MySQL problems so i think we might so it working again maybe even today...

PS: What i didn't explained clearly enough was that the account part wasn't down for a total month but had serious problem since somewhere close to the 22/07 and forward.

THey have finished working on it and you can use it to now..But for what good?...still can't log in game still haven't got any active subscription after going through the secure payment...they say they send an email with pass/username and invoice or what ever its called haven't seen any yet....i just hope its "lag" and nothing else..or else i get pretty pissed..though it want do any good or help

I'm having samekind of problems. My free time ended yesterday and apparently I'm one of those few who wants to buy playing time. Well I chose the amount of play time I wan't to purchase, accessed secure payment just to see what it's like (didnt have the cc yet). Closed my browser and after I got CC and tried to access the payment, well you know it - doesn't work anymore. It just says we have received payment... hold on. It's working now. Hurray
