If we had equal treatment the majority of EU CE pre-orderers would be in CB.
If we had equal treatment we would have an awesome Warhammer Online website.
If we had equal treatment we would have access to the Preview Weekend.
If we had equal treatment we would receive exciting news updates, instead we are left in the dark.
If we had equal treatment EU CE- pre-orderers would get an extra fews days in OB or HS.

10/10 post imo.

When I bought my CE, it was on the impression that I would be experiencing a form of beta back in April (or whenever it was the packs were released to HMV).

If Id known that this wouldnt be till September, Id have never handed over the £10 for the pre-order of the CE.

Ill be going with the SE anyway, I just wanted the CE (back in may) to be able to test Warhammer and see if it was to my liking.:D

It seems like Mythic have thrown GOA a curve ball. They want to lavish all these gifts upon their US customers, but don't care about how GOA will be able to keep up.

Personally I think our wrath should be aimed more towards Mythic than GOA.

I dont understand why this isnt all run by one company (as in WoW)

I remember when Ubisoft ran the EU servers for EQ1, major fail there too. We all cheered the day that Sony took the servers back from Ubi and ran them themselves.

I'd much prefer it if Mythic ran the whole shebang too. That way they wouldn't be able to point at each other when a problem occured. They'd just have to pull their fingers out instead.

If we need to point this towards Mythic then we need to get this up on a forum Mythic employees look at. That way they can turn round and see that a game they want to be great everywhere will be, with some prodding in the GOA direction to give its customers some sort of information. I have no doubts the game will be something special but the way its delivered can leave a sour taste in alot of peoples mouths.

Most people that left DAoC for US shores were not upset with the content but with the way the content was delivered to the EU players and the near to nil support given to players when there was issues.

Just some snippet of info would be good before weekend hits and we probably hear nothing until Monday.

All I will say is this.

In DAOC, GOA were light years behind Mythic. It was not fair on Europeans.

Now Goa have promised things will be equal...well they had better be because people remember DAOC.

I cant blame people for looking at the situation right now and think, sorry GOA, you are talking crap. This (right now) is not equal.

Funniest part about this all is when the game launches we will still line GOA's pockets with money because the content they deliver will be what we want. It is such a shame that they won't live up to their end of the bargain that they promised us, equal or better support and information.

The weak minds might be! Personally i'm going to wait few weeks and see how GOA manages on that time,if they don't manage this i simply will not play.

Methos, you are right in a way, we are whining even before the game comes out BUT, remember the past. DAOC....Mythic >>>>> GOA.

We all know that.

GOA said that would not be the case this time round and thus far, everything is pointing towards it being exactly the same.

Its just very frustrating thats all.

I will be playing Warhammer for sure, but the service levels need to be addressed quickly. Funcom led a PR disaster recently and GOA are going to find people low on patience.

There is NO excuse for GOA not having teams in place etc for launch (not months after). I know the release date, so do they, lets hoep they take the right course.

Yeah because suddenly adding large events to an already packed schedule they had no doubt confirmed months ago is dead easy!

Oh wait hang on. :/
