Epic/event mob in Isle of Grass

While me and a guild m8 were trying to compleate a brocken quest near the wooden forts in the Isle of Grasswe came across 3 female ghost attacking and killing the guards at the center fort. At level 45 they connend red and orange ,i think one was a pally, another was a cleric not sure about the last but there were all from the same family. They didn't seem bothered about us (con Nutral) but were shouting something about 'leave this place' as they killed the guards pops. When i aproched one it attacked me but the others didn't join in. Upon kill her she thanks us for freeing her and asked us to free her sisters. After killing the last one (cleric) she droped a Basher of Undetectible wounds (Hammer) 16.2dps glowing (and proc at L49) 95% QUA, Adds included DW and 12 STR (can't remember). There was also a robe wearing sister North of the fort that als thanked up for killing her.

The Item does not say Unique Drop so i was woundering if its a Quest or part of some Event. The 3 of them were pritty easy to kill for a L45 cleric and L50 pally (one at a time as we attacked when the others ran off to kill guard pop).
Has anyone else found and killed them? any drops off the others or found this drop?

Sounds like the Hoges or Lindons. They are normally in thier houses in Dales of Devwy, but have seen them a couple times walking near Goth. They drop a lot of set drops and also random drops.

ps the hodges drop a nice high UV friar gem, acient relic of the church

Lindons/Hodges/other undead familes from dales, stay at the location where they last killed people, so could have been them in IoG

so they were attacking the guards bucause they are mobs, buy why would someone lead 3 of there there and another one a sort distence way to the north.

Lindons might have agro that never breaks, have seen Lindons in Gothwaite

Me and a mate have run the hoges back to Fort Gwyntell, they don't ever give up.
