The key to our success is to have members intelligent enough to realize they can fulfill their goals by helping their guildmates fulfill their own goals, thereby enhancing the ability of that guildmate to turn around and return that help.

that's all very nice but there's gives and takers when it comes down to that. efforts made helping out people are easier and faster forgotten then not helping

Anything that makes people think is good. I like this, it's something I've believed in for a long time now. I like to state an example such as the comedian (professional or otherwise) who enjoys the laugher of his audience, or the (professional or otherwise) care-worker who gains pleasure from the gratitude of the ppl they look after.
