Enhance Cleric Question

Has any other cleric putting points into enhance noticed a problem with the higher power buffs? I just got angelic power which gives a str/con bonus of 30, i also have angelic strength that gives a str/con bonus of 25. In reality the angelic power only seems to give a str/con bonus of 25, i've tried cancelling all other buffs and relogging but i get the same result. I just wondered if this is a known problem and if it is whats the point in being an enhance cleric if all those precious skill points are wasted...

i think it depends on the lvl of the player because the stats are capped differently at each lvl <i think>.

Buffs do cap depending on the recipants level Ie you could give a lv 10 a 25 Str/Con buff, but he wouldn't get that; he'd get 15 Str/Con (Spec. buffs being capped at 1.5x CLV).
