Check out this website:

They do home deliveries of all the finest real ales from the UK, plus 100s of other beers from around the world. I spent hours just looking through everything they had available, dribbling over my keyboard. Gonna be putting an order in soon... :drink:

We have a beer festival up here in Fleetwood once a year. The first time I went i was like a kid in a sweet shop. Anyway, my mates warned me that some of the ales were quite potent but i was like "yeah yeah whatever, i aint no bird i can handle my ale" and off I went ordering a pint of this and a pint of that. 1 hour later I was being put into a taxi by my mate :( Ive been quite conservative at beer festivals since :(

Worcester's beer festival is in August - 200+ real ales and over 50 ciders. It lasts for 3 days, though there have been a couple of times in the past they ran out of beer before the 3rd day (causing a right ruck). They've made it all ticket this year so going to have to book up for it.

Have to say my fave ale at the moment is Greene King Abbott Ale - bloody lovely stuff, though after a while it bites yer legs off.

Nice beer they served it at my uncles old pub in Bury St Edmonds when available remember the after effects of it well.:eek7:

Fav beers from last years Hampshire real ale festival were:
Ripsnorter
Spitfire Summer Blast (? something like that)

Although still difficult to beat some of the regular all season ales like Bishops Tipple and Tanglefoot.

Wish they served decent beer in Dubai unfortunately its a haven for larger and alcopops. :(

Went to a real ale festival in Stirling once.
Went to the first table and didnt know what I was looking at.
Guy behing the counter said ... "What do you normally drink?"
"Lager" I said.
Think he missheard me though.
I think he thought I said "I've just raped your dog and now its pregnant".

Eventually found stuff at a different table which was really nice stuff though.
Cant remember the name of it.
In fact I cant really remember anything at all after I found it.

That's my other fave - and fortunately our local Tesco's sells both

Remember being at Glastonbury about 10 years ago and they had an Old Speckled Hen tent...missed a fair few bands because of that tent :D
