England Vs Turkey

Before anyone points me to the sports forum.

1. There is no thread.

2. You get a better response in here.

3. I wuv you all.

4. Group HUG !!!

------------------------------------

Well i just watched the game as im sure many of you did. As you are aware no England fans allowed which in my eyes is a good point for the following reasons.

1. The media will now focus the point of the way the Turkish players was and have always been against the English players ( Twats ).

2. the media cannot focus on the crowd trouble as there was none there ( English Crowd )

-----------

The way they was with Becham was beyond a joke, yes he missed a penalty no need to go over rubbing his face in it!

Also at half time the Turkish number 5 putting his finger in Becks face. Bang out! He should get disciplined for that. If it was one of ours he would be in deep S***.

Many elbows was thrown from the Turks in headers 4/5 i saw.

Fans throwing a mixture of missiles from the stands.

-------------------------

All in i think the UEFA should take a look at tonight’s episode of WELCOME TO HELL very closely and see that it is not English that cause every incident of trouble.

I admit we are no way the best behaved bunch in the world but we are far from the worst.

-----------------------

COME ON ENGLAND !!!

I think it's disgusting that England fans aren't allowed to support their team. If there is trouble then the host country should get a ban. Football is a beautiful game, but certain factions seem to think its an excuse to relive gallipoli.

That was Alpay and the humorous thing is he plays his football in England so I wonder what kind of reception he'll get when he next plays or even goes out in public.

The same reaction Villa fans have been giving him for the past two years. Vast hatred.

btw moaning about the Turkey fans booing our players throughout is an invalid point. The English fans would have done exactly the same.

I hope he goes and we get Trevor Brooking...

England just doesn't feel the same with a Swedish manager. It looks like he is going to Chelsea now anyway.

TBH if he does he is money notivated. Also i have heard the Chelsea boss is after the England job.

I just wish we could find a long term England manager. If we did the team will gel with him. The manger is as important as anyone else * IF * not more.

We won the group which is all well and good but England are still shite at playing football. Not class enough to win anything.

That kick on Rustu against Dyer... was fucking evil

How did he not get sent off at all? And Sukurs dive in the box was pathetic too..

It was a genuine attempt to go for the ball and he wasn't the last man. It was also a sensible decision by the referee.

Sukur rolling around in the box was comical, no one was near him.

To be honest having Pierluigi Collina as ref was one of UEFA's best decisions ever. Can't think of anyone better, especially for a match as potentially difficult as that one.

Believe it or not the ref for the game was meant to be the bloke who sent Becham off against Argentina, but he suddenly became ill.

I think UEFA realised that was not wise.

Kim Nielson actually injured his thigh in a Danish league match last weekend, but i'm glad UEFA appointed Mr Collina.

One thing that pissed me off was the fact that the Turkish fans will probably get away with booing throughout our National Anthem. English fans had been warned not to do it by UEFA/Sepp Blatter otherwise we could have been kicked out of qualifying etc, so why are the Turkish allowed to get away with it??

Turkey are going through what England went through during the eighties, the violence behaviour in domestic fixtures is becoming excessive, its a pity that UEFA are going to need another Heysal disaster before they take action on Turkey.

Another incident like those Leeds fans who got stabbed will one day happen outside Turkey, only then UEFA will take action.

im gonna say this (and by god it sticks in my craw).

Congrats to England on getting through. I think UEFA should take a stronger hand with countries who cause so much trouble at games. Banning them from these competitions would make them think a bit harder.
