What a fucking joke. OK, so the media can go overboard with criticism sometimes but if they did their job properly in the first place they woudn't get criticised, most of them are experienced players and should be used to it by now, this just works against the progress of the team and they've set themselves up for just as much criticism - in fact, they probably would have got less after last night's result than they will now.

I agree that the media need to be sorted out, they take it too far at times but the media provides a gateway to the fans and they've snubbed us as well as the media.

Sorry I disagree.

I couldn't actually give a fuck what they have to say for themselves btw, I'm just bothered about what happens on the field.

Think they're sticking up for Sven, nice to see some loyalty.

It's nothing to do with sticking up for Sven, it's the criticism James got after the Austria game. Thing is, they should be honoured to be playing for their country not pissing about like kids ignoring the media.

I don't care what they have to say much either, but it's the principle really.

Why should they speak to a clique that criticises their every move on the field, while offering no real advice of their own?

If they don't want to do interviews, its up to them.
